Armington

Nick is a trial lawyer representing clients in state and federal court and at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). His practice involves all facets of IP litigation with an emphasis on matters relating to trade secret misappropriation and patent litigation. His practice also focuses on counseling companies in the management and protection of their IP assets, including managing confidential and trade secret asset portfolios, and patent portfolios. Nick has successfully represented clients in a wide range of technology areas from consumer electronics to medical devices and semiconductors.

Prior to his time at Prince Lobel, Nick worked for the Hon. Patti B. Saris at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Hon. Ralph D. Gants at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Nick also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases. Most recently, he worked at a large Boston law firm.

Nick received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and his B.A. from Williams College.

We’ve been advising and connecting with entrepreneurs for years, and we’re using that knowledge and network to launch something new, with the help of an advisory board of successful founders and major players in the startup ecosystem.
