Take Your Pitch to New Heights at MFN’s Lift Day

MFN Goes to Jiminy Peak for Lift Day 2026

The Massachusetts Founders Network invites you to take your networking to the next level! Join us at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort on Feb. 26 for MFN Lift Day, an exciting day of pitching and skiing! 

MFN Lift Day is a member-exclusive networking event for entrepreneurs looking to connect with investors in the regional innovation ecosystem. Startup founders will be paired on a chairlift with an investor or advisor and have the opportunity to deliver their elevator pitch on the ride up the mountain. (Participants who prefer to leave the skis at home can connect with experts in the comfort of Jiminy Peak’s lodge.)

This unique event is designed not only to help startup founders make new connections, but also to allow entrepreneurs – regardless of stage, sector, and location – to leverage 1-on-1 insights by rehearsing their pitch on the go with seasoned investors.

MFN Lift Day concludes with a brief pitch contest where selected finalists will deliver their elevator pitch and compete for a small prize. 

Schedule: 

10 a.m.: Check-in and brunch

10:30 a.m.: Sample pitch and rules

10:45 a.m.: Skiing and pitching

2:30 p.m.: Pitch competition and prizes

 

Jeff Sauve, Co-Founder and CFO of Worcester-based SauveBio, noted that last year’s MFN Lift Day was “the perfect low-pressure environment for us to practice our pitch as new founders.” 

SauveBio was also among the Lift Day participants selected to pitch in front of the entire attendee cohort after skiing. 

Building on the momentum of Lift Day, SauveBio has become an active participant in the MFN community and continues to develop critical partnerships throughout Central Massachusetts. 

“As a result of participating, we were invited to take part in the MFN Roundtable, which has been a consistent source of support and guidance,” Jeff noted. “MFN even featured SauveBio in an article, resulting in early visibility for our company.”

MFN Deal Rooms are stored on MFN/Lever Google Workspace. Only the following people will have access to your Deal Room:

 

  1. You and any members of your team that you designate. You will have editing privileges, and can add others with editing privileges at your discretion.
  2. MFN/ Lever staff will have administrative access, but we will not give access to any third parties without your consent.
  3. Investors that you select.

 

Your Deal Room will have all of the security protections provided by Google.

We support MA founders no matter where they come from, their company’s stage, or their business sector. We want to democratize access to the resources that will help them accelerate—and excel. All founders are welcome to find resources and community at MFN while creating connections, expanding their networks, and learning from one another.

MFN is produced by Lever, a startup accelerator based in North Adams. Our work is supported by funding from and collaboration with the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, based in Westborough.
