In this in-person workshop, learn the fundamentals of the four main types of intellectual property (IP): trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets. For each type of IP, business attorneys Velinda Peralta Bolduc, Esqu, and Jenny M. Eldred, Esq, will provide examples, explain what each protects (and does not protect), go over the laws governing each, and show where to find official resources to learn more. Time will be reserved for audience Q&A.
