Hirsch Roberts Weinstein Attorneys will lead an interactive, startup-friendly employment law session designed specifically for CIC’s community of founders and scaling teams across tech, life sciences, and other innovation-driven industries. The presentation will tackle the real-world people and legal challenges that tend to pop up as companies grow inside fast-moving, collaborative ecosystems like CIC, from hiring and classifying talent to managing performance, navigating terminations, and avoiding common (and costly) missteps.
