Any in-person appearances will be held in Boston, Massachusetts. The arbitrator will have authority to award temporary, interim, or permanent injunctive relief or relief providing for specific performance, but only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by the individual claim before the arbitrator. The award rendered by the arbitrator may be confirmed and enforced in any court with appropriate jurisdiction. Each party will be responsible for its respective costs, including costs related to its respective attorneys, experts, and witnesses.
You expressly waive your right to go to court, to a trial by jury, and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding with respect to any claim subject to arbitration.
