Program Overview
Organizations depend on strong leaders to retain, develop and motivate the workforce. This program is designed to illuminate the essential skills and attributes of effective leadership. Participants will expand leadership competencies to become more skilled in leading their teams and contributing to the overall success of their businesses. There is a strong focus on developing greater self -awareness and emotional intelligence as the foundation to build on.
This program is for anyone with leadership and management responsibilities whether an emerging leader or one with more experience. It provides trainer-led content while offering the opportunity to connect with and learn from peers facing similar challenges. It occurs over six-months, with 2-hour virtual sessions each month. This interactive training includes self-assessments, leadership models and frameworks, experiential activities, peer exchange and homework assignments. Participants create learning goals and develop a scorecard to track progress.

About Cathy Crosky
Cathy has been a leadership development consultant for many years, offering executive coaching, team development and leadership training. She has also lead peer advisory roundtables for women business owners running multimillion-dollar companies. Her passion is helping leaders navigate the complexities of today’s workplace, uncover blind spots, and maximize their impact.
