At Mungy, a digital marketing agency in the Berkshires, we handcraft digital experiences for brands who want to deliver on their purpose and add value to those they serve.
We do web and brand design (Susanna) and web design and development and brand strategy (Tom). We’re leading MFN’s website development, logo design, and many other elements.
We partner with our clients and build a meaningful relationships, putting best practices to work for them and their audience. Our superpower is merging strategy and design to present brands to their audience as the guide to solving their challenges. We see ourselves as valuable additions to our clients’ teams and are grateful for all of the wonderful people we get to collaborate with!
Why is this project important to you?
Susanna: I believe in the mission of MFN—helping and supporting entrepreneurs is a passion!
Tom: This project is really a wonderful opportunity to be part of something much bigger than oneself and to work collaboratively with other great people to build an organization providing value to others. Ultimately, the purpose of MFN is to serve others, specifically founders of startups who with our help will be able to make a difference socially and economically, having a positive impact on people and communities.
What are you hoping to offer founders and entrepreneurs in MA as part of MFN?
Susanna: An easy-to-navigate platform with awesome design that feels intuitive, and a place people want to hang out.
Tom: A great experience that provides value and community.
Why do you think supporting entrepreneurs is important for Massachusetts?
Susanna: Entrepreneurs are the heart of innovation economies. The continued health and economic competitiveness of the MA economy is dependent on a larger and more diverse set of entrepreneurs and closing the resource gap between Boston-based and non-Boston-based founders.
Tom: I believe, in general, entrepreneurs tend to be unique, creative, persistent, enthusiastic and outside the box folks who go after things, ruffle feathers in good ways and create opportunities for others to thrive. What’s not good about all that?
What do you like to do for fun?
Susanna: Traveling with our kids, painting and making things colorful, playing outside in the summer.
Tom: spend time with my family + friends, yoga, trail run, hike, mountain bike, ski, climb mountains, read, visit museums, watch movies, travel as much as possible, eat amazing food, drink great coffee and talk about life with older people.
